I recently stayed at the Europa Hotel in Rapallo for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, right in the center of the city, making it easy to explore the old part of town and enjoy the beautiful seaside. The added bonus of having a spa available for guests at no extra charge was wonderful. The breakfast provided a great variety of delicious food to start the day off right. Additionally, the staff were overwhelmingly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. it was a perfect choice for our stay in the Italian Riviera.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The room is beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds, and it's conveniently located near the beach and seafront with a large parking lot in front, costing £76.

Overall it was lovely sized and beautifully designed with balcony. All the staff was excellent, solved my issues. The provided service was impeccable! Besides, there was parking outside.

Didn't like the area, it was quite loud.

Friendliness at breakfast

We had a small issue with parking, but the hotel quickly resolved it for us. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to nearby attractions. The room had a balcony with a view of the sea, which was wonderful. Despite some noise from the nearby parking facilities, the windows closed well and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

Breakfast a dream! The rooms are a bit outdated, but I found them very pleasant anyway! We really enjoyed the free 90 minutes in the spa.

All good. It's just a pity that the city is being renovated (because of the catastrophe in November), but the hotel can't help it.

The room is spotless, new-fashioned comes with balcony, cupboard, TV. The authentic restaurant with charming staff is what you need...

Perfect central location in Rapallo, just right for an overnight stop returning from Siena en route to France. Evening meal on the terrace unexpectedly good.

The garage below the hotel is awkward for some drivers - my car was bruised on the front bumper by someone's black vehicle, after I bumped the back myself!

All the staff was extremly nice and helpful. The Food was excellent and so were the wines. The rooms are very nicely furnished and the design of the hall and the bar is very chic.

Good breakfast selection, room already a little outdated, but clean. Great location directly at the sea and the beach promenade.

Extra charge for dog 13€ per day is quite steep.
